• The room has 1 double bed and 1 large sofa bed. Optionally, it can be used as 2 single beds.
• Maximum capacity is 2 people.
• All rooms of our hotel have a jacuzzi.
• There is a seating area inside the room and in front of the door.
• In addition, the room is equipped with an electric kettle, television, air conditioning, complimentary water, slippers, toiletry basket, safe box, telephone, minibar, hairdryer, and wifi.
• We provide a complimentary wake-up service.
• The room has underfloor heating system.

History of Room 708

The walls were cleaned using a tool similar to a geologist's fine and pointed pickaxe.
Purified surfaces help the oxidation process and allow the stone to harden.
A smooth surface tends to collect moisture and causes peeling or crumbling.
The walls were built like this hundreds of years ago.
The bed in the room, work desk, wardrobe doors, and window frames were all made in the carpentry workshop on site. The stones used for restoration were also cut to size on site.

As MDC Hotel is located in a heritage area, we have taken care to keep the rooms in their original size.

You will notice drilled holes in the ceilings of all bathrooms and some other rooms. These increase the necessary air circulation to preserve the cave surfaces. Without ventilation, moisture collects and walls and ceilings can deteriorate.

Construction started in October 2009. The area to the left of the stairs leading to the reception, the restaurant to the left of the reception, and all rooms accessed by the reception and extending to the right were completed and made ready for opening in February 2011. The construction of a total of 22 rooms and common areas lasted for 2 years. In order to provide our guests with a more comfortable and pleasant environment without disrupting the original cave structure of our hotel, once there were 70 workers working daily at the construction site.
