• The room has 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 large sofa.
• Maximum 4 people can stay.
• All rooms of our hotel have a jacuzzi.
• There is a seating area inside the room and in front of the door.
• Our room also has an electric kettle, television, air conditioning, free water, slippers, amenity basket, safe, telephone, minibar, hair dryer and wifi.
• We have a free wake-up service.
• The room has underfloor heating system.

History of Our Room No. 801

The walls were cleared using a tool that resembled a geologist's thin, pointed pick.
Rough surfaces aid the oxidation process and allow the stone to harden.
A smooth surface tends to collect moisture and cause peeling or flaking.
Hundreds of years ago, walls were built this way.
The bed, desk, wardrobe doors and window frames in the room were made in the carpentry shop on site. The stones used for the restoration were also cut to size on site.

Since MDC Hotel is located in a heritage area, we took care to keep the rooms in their original size.

You will see holes drilled in the ceilings of all bathrooms and some other rooms. These increase the air circulation needed to maintain the cave surfaces. Without ventilation, moisture collects and walls and ceilings can deteriorate.

Construction began in October 2009. The restaurant to the left of the stairs leading to the reception and the area to the left of the restaurant, the reception and all the rooms accessed by stairs and extending to the right were completed and were ready for opening in February 2011. The construction of a total of 22 rooms and common areas took 2 years. In order to provide our guests with a more comfortable and relaxed environment without damaging the original cave structure of our hotel, 70 workers were once working on site daily.
