Lovely Place, Amazing Staff
The moment we got to the place I already know we are going to enjoy our stay. The location is more laid back and not as crazy than Goreme (which is the major town and where the hot air balloons are launched). We were greeted at the parking lot by the manager Mustafah. Checking in was flawless and we were led to our room. The door was opened to our room and we are impressed by the uniqueness because it is a cave hotel and the reason why we picked it to get the experience. Every detail was well thought out when they designed the space. Truly amazing! Breakfast buffet was great as well. Good selection for a sumptuous meal. After, we were off to our tours. Also, had a great time with that as well. When we came back from our tour we are met again by the manager Mustafah and he always asked how our day was. I was very impressed by this because I’ve stayed with quite a few nice hotels and nobody really provided with such personalized service. He made sure we are comfortable and happy with our stay. Overall, the staff is welcoming and always happy to help!
Wonderful hotel and friendly and helpful staffs
We STRONGLY recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great time.We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful hotel constructed from ancient cave dwellings carved out of the local volcanic rock.All rooms were unique, my was very spacious and comfortable with an amazing bathroom with jacuzzi. The room opened onto a terrace with seating area leading to steps down to the restaurant and up to reception from there.On arrival we were offered drinks and our luggage was taken to our room by helpful staff. There was a vast choice of food for breakfast even including gozleme (Turkish pancakes) freshly made by the ladies and even Turkish delight two nights here.The staff are super friendly and helpful.
Beautiful hotel and location!
Do not have enough words for this hotel. Located in a quiet town sort of in the back alleys. It's pretty far from the airport and on the way there we were a little concerned about how the hotel would turn out to be since we didn't know where we were staying as we booked through a tour company. But boy were we pleasantly surprised! The location was beautiful, the rooms are like nothing we have ever seen. I mean you're sleeping in a cave! Modern amenities, wifi, AC all made us feel very comfortable. But, the best part of the hotel was the food and beverage manager Ercan! He was the most gracious host and so kind! We were in Turkey for our honeymoon and he definitely made it special. The food was delicious as well and the service was top-notch. If you don't stay at the hotel, I highly recommend that you go to this restaurant. You will not regret it

Awesome Hotel
The hotel is located in a quiet and calm area with a romantic atmosphere. Rooms are very well designed with lots of cultural details which makes your stay even more authentic. Most of all, the staff is really helpful. Special thanks to Manager Mustafa who is very attentive and friendly towards his guests
