MDC Hotel Restaurant offers an opportunity to taste local dishes in a warm and stylish cave atmosphere. At MDC Hotel Anatolian and Turkish dishes are prepared in potteries unique to Cappadocia, using traditional cooking techniques and ingredients locally grown in the region. Also, this restaurant has menus with award-winning wines made from local grapes. You can enjoy your meal with a view of the garden with wine to süite your taste. MDC Hotel Restaurant is open from 12.00 PM to 11.00 pm and serves a la Carte ( Table Service ).

Organic Garden
As an MDC Hotel, we offer our guests the opportunity to pick and eat the fruits and vegetables that we carefully grow in our organic garden whenever they want. Especially during breakfast, you can’t get enough of eating tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers from the garden.
